The charm of our ranch will entice you and make your stay an unforgettable experience. At Dvur Metlice, you can choose between the western or English (classical) style of riding. You will first meet and try "your" horse in our arena (80 by 30m), located next to the modern stables. The sta-bles themselves contain 23 boxes, which are kept clean and welcoming. The facilities also include round pens and several large pastures. Our guest-house features one or two-bed rooms with a shower and WC. Breakfast is served in a Swedish style buffet including fresh bread, homemade honey, various spreads, cheeses and meats. Tourists who don't ride horses have wide range of other leisure time activities to choose from. Ram-bling cycling trails, walking or hiking trails, canoeing or rafting Vltava River are only a few of the possibilities. Within a radius of 20 km there are tennis courts (both indoor and outdoor), golf courses, bowling alleys, swimming pools and the Lipno lake. This reservoir, the largest of its kind in Europe, is ideal for water sports as well as fishing. Fishers will also love the Vlata river. Hunters can hunt to their heart's content in the well-populated woods (wildlife here includes deer, wild boars, etc.), or they can hone their skills at the nearby shooting range. The variety of things to do is nearly endless.
